Thanks for shopping shoptenly.com. Your satisfaction is very important to us, so if you are not happy with your recent purchase we gladly accept returns which will be refunded to your original form of payment. Follow these easy steps to initiate your return:

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return with shoptenly.com. Any orders that are initiated after the 15 day period will not be accepted for refund.

Returns Conditions:All purchases must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with original tags attached. We cannot accept returns showing signs of wear including sweat, make-up, deodorant, etc. All returned products will be inspected upon receipt by our warehouse. If products are not in salable condition, your return will be denied and such items will not be refunded.

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on International orders,please pay close attention to our size guides or contact us directly to be sure you get the size you love. (sales@shoptenly.com)

Tenly does not accept returns from third-party retailers.

All purchases must be pre-authorized for return. To receive a return authorization number, complete the return form online with your order number, the merchandise you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

Once you receive a return authorization number from customer service, please indicate the RA# on the outside of the box where it is visible. Without the RA#, the processing of your return may be delayed.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

(**For your personal protection, we highly recommend that you ship your return using a traceable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express, or US Postal Service (registered, insured, or signature required). Tenly is not responsible for any return packages that are lost in transit to our warehouse.)

Refunds may take up to 15 business days.
