Refund policy
Return Conditions:
You have 15 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return through shoptenly.com. Return requests made after the 15-day period will automatically be declined without exceptions. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed and unworn with original tags attached. We cannot accept returns showing signs of wear including but not limited to; sweat, make-up, deodorant, etc. Returned merchandise will be assessed for defects and will NOT be eligible for refund if deemed defective.
**PLEASE NOTE**
Orders placed during a sale or using a sale/discount code
are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Orders placed using a Gift Card can only be returned for exchange.
No cash value refund will be processed.
TENLY does not offer price match or price adjustments
on third-party retailers or TENLY sale events.
TENLY does not accept returns from third-party retailers.
TENLY does not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
Initiating Return:
· Please send email to info@shoptenly.com please make sure to include your order number
· You will receive an email within 2-3 business days with a decision. If request is approved, you will be provided a return address and instructions on how to complete your return.
· TENLY does NOT pay for return freight. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
· Once you receive return authorization, you may proceed to carefully pack up merchandise, ensuring the integrity of the garment is maintained. Please write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package. For your personal protection, we highly recommend that you ship your return using a traceable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express, or U.S.P.S. (registered, insured, or signature required). TENLY is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit to our warehouse.
· Refunds may take up to 15 business days.
